Former CCI4* event riders and CSIO Grand Prix show jumpers, Rachel and Michael are seen regularly at events across the UK, Europe, and worldwide. Over many years, they have successfully matched riders with top-class event horses, creating partnerships that have gone on to compete at the highest level of the sport.
Across four Olympic Games, horses sourced by Rachel and Michael have competed in the Eventing discipline. Most recently, Banzai du Loir competed at the Paris 2024 Olympics, while Ryuzo Kitajima and Cekatinka JRA helped secure Japan’s first-ever Olympic medal in equestrian sport.
Among the standout horses they have sourced is the current World Champion, Banzai du Loir, purchased as an eight-year-old in 2019 with the Paris 2024 Olympics firmly in mind.
They have continued to source horses for riders competing at major international championships, including the Rio 2016 Olympics, Strzegom European Championships 2017, World Equestrian Games 2018, Luhmühlen European Championships 2019, Tokyo Olympics 2021, Pratoni World Championships 2022, Paris Olympics 2024 and the 2026 World Games.
With extensive experience in event horse sales and an in-depth understanding of the international market, Rachel and Michael are dedicated to finding the right horse to suit each rider’s individual requirements. Their aim is to guide clients through the sales process with clarity, professionalism, and complete discretion.
Rachel has been involved in the sport of Eventing for over 30 years. She describes herself as a ‘good amateur’ having had several really good horses including Remember Spartan & Uptown both of which she had produced to FEI CCI5* Level.
Rachel is a very familiar face on the Eventing circuit keeping a close eye on prospective horses.
Michael started in Showjumping, winning Internationally at Grand Prix 5* level in the UK and Europe producing his own horses to the top of the sport for over 25 years.
Looking for a new challenge he started producing young Event horses. Within 3 years he was winning at Advanced & CCI4*S classes.
Michael specialises in Equestrian Consultancy, valuations and is an expert witness. Other interests are Graphic & Website Design.
